'Significant concern' for England after Atkinson goes off suffering a hamstring problem.
The pace bowler further complicated the injury concerns plaguing England upon exiting the ground on the second morning in the Melbourne Test in the Ashes series.
Atkinson felt a problem in his hamstring after the final ball of the fourth over at the MCG.
Team management indicated Atkinson reported "discomfort" and required time off the field in order to be assessed "over the next few hours".
