Netflix Casts Spot-On Performer for Bentham in the Hit Series Upcoming Installment

Baroque Works is poised to make a major impact in the next installment of Netflix’s show of One Piece, even if the real showdown won’t take place until the next season, and a beloved, fan-favorite member has recently been selected.

The platform declared Tuesday that the skilled actor will appear in the One Piece season 3 cast and will portray Bentham. Bon Clay can use their power to change into an exact copy of any individual they’ve made contact with with their right hand. The performer, who is identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, will portray a rendition of that figure reimagined as non-binary identifying, instead of as a drag artist, in the real-life adaptation, as in the initial comic and anime.

This performer joins a number of recently announced actors who will portray the group to the screen, featuring head the main antagonist, played by the well-known actor, Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek, and Sendhil Ramamurthy, who will appear as the ensemble as King Nefertari Cobra of Alabasta.

Although the role is a important part of the group, the character will be introduced in One Piece the upcoming installment. With season 2 likely to portray the Little Garden arc, this signals a major departure in the schedule of their first appearance, one that could indicate further changes to the story’s structure.

Their mix of sharp comedic timing and deep sensitivity makes them a standout choice for the part.
