Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the pair confronted each other to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the usual confrontation, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how surprising this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is actually proceeding.
